Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at JEXLITHO GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
- Return window: Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- Proof of purchase: A valid order ID or invoice is required to complete your return.
Non‑returnable items
- Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage.
- Items without original serial number/IMEI, or with tampered/removed labels.
- Software, downloadable/digital products, and services.
- Clearance, “final sale” or “non‑returnable” items clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Return process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@jexlitho.com/ with your order ID, product details, reason for return, and photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review your request and, if approved, share return instructions and pickup/ship‑back details.
- Pack the product securely in the original box with all accessories and invoice and hand it over to the assigned courier or ship it to the address provided.
Depending on your location, you may need to bear the courier charges for sending the product back to us unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival, etc.).
Inspection and approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit as per your choice (where applicable).
- If the product fails quality checks (missing accessories, physical damage, signs of misuse), the return may be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.
Refunds
- Mode of refund: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.) or as store credit, as communicated during the return process.
- Timeline: Please allow 7–10 working days from approval for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable, except where the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item shipped by us.
Replacements and exchanges
Subject to stock availability and eligibility:
- You may request a replacement of the same product if it is received damaged, defective, or not as described.
- In certain cases, you may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.
Replacements and exchanges follow the same inspection and approval steps as returns.
Order cancellations
- Pre‑shipment: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Post‑shipment: Once dispatched, the order can only be handled as a return as per this Policy.
Product‑specific terms (electronics)
For electronics, the following additional terms apply:
- DOA (Dead on Arrival): If the product does not power on or is functionally dead on arrival, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
- Manufacturer warranty: Many products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty; in such cases, repairs or service may be provided directly by the brand’s authorized service center as per their warranty terms.
