At JEXLITHO GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.


2. Return Eligibility

Return Window

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a valid invoice or order ID

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair
  • Items with missing or tampered serial numbers / IMEI / labels
  • Software, digital products, or services
  • Clearance items or products marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@jexlitho.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos showing product condition
  2. Our team will review your request and provide:
    • Approval (if eligible)
    • Return instructions
    • Pickup or shipping details
  3. Pack the item securely with all original contents and hand it over to the courier or ship as instructed.

Return Shipping

  • May be customer-paid, depending on location
  • Free if return is due to:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged or defective product

5. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items undergo a quality inspection
  • If approved → refund / replacement / store credit will be processed
  • If rejected → item will be shipped back to you

Reasons for rejection may include:

  • Missing parts or packaging
  • Visible usage
  • Physical damage

6. Refund Policy

Refund Method

  • Processed to original payment method
    (card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.)
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered

Processing Time

  • Refund initiated within 3–5 working days after approval
  • Bank processing time may vary

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Exception: if return is due to our error

7. Replacement & Exchange

Subject to availability:

  • Replacement for:
    • Damaged items
    • Defective products
    • Incorrect deliveries
  • Exchange:
    • Allowed for equal or higher value items
    • Price difference (if any) must be paid

All requests follow standard inspection procedures.


8. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund

After Dispatch

  • Cancellation not possible
  • Will be treated as a return request

9. Electronics-Specific Conditions

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video proof

Manufacturer Warranty

  • Some products are covered under brand warranty
  • Repairs/services may be handled by authorized service centers
